Brook House Foods is a family-owned food manufacturer. We specialise in the production of large volumes of high-quality fresh and IQF sausages, saveloys, frankfurters, hot dogs, and many others.

Having started our sausages manufacturing business back in 1981 in North London, we have over 50 years of experience producing the finest quality food products. Having chosen to move our manufacturing premises to Waltham Cross, we have invested in a high-specification factory.

We are in a unique position to offer the wisdom of experience and the efficiency and effectiveness of our high standard, accredited facilities.

Our Service

We build long-standing relationships with these suppliers, so we can be assured of the proven quality standards. While these cuts are more expensive, we are committed to maintain the quality we are known for.

Our Facilities

We have committed £2.8 million of investment in our 13000 square foot production facility, including £1.4 million in a quick freeze ammonia plant.

We have Handtmann VF838S sausage fillers with both hanging and cutting PVLS systems, a bowl cutter, mincers, mixer grinder, 28 tier spiral freezer, and a multi-head weigher machine. With a 120-pallet frozen storage facility and a 60-pallet fresh storage facility, we are ready to handle the largest orders. Our process from raw material to a full pallet of the finished boxed product can be achieved in approximately 2 hours (depending on the product).

Other machinery includes a frozen block flaker, Webomatic vacuum packer, Ilpra tray sealer equipped with modified atmosphere gas flush facility, dip tank, custom steam dual trolley cooker and oven, form, fill and seal bagging machine, laser bag printer, and fully accredited metal detection systems and other packaging machinery.

We also offer controlled transportation.

The production facilities are fully equipped to produce yields in multiple tonnes a week of sausage products alone. Our expert team understands how to accommodate bespoke requirements delivered with confidence thanks to our commitment to investing in our factory and achieving high-quality products.
